Accounts with balances that remain inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pub771 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, for maintaining dormant accounts. Dormant account balances may be forfeited if the account remains inactive for thirty-six (36) consecutive months.
